How to take FIRRO
FIRRO is not designed to be “taken and forgotten.”
It’s designed to be taken with attention.
The ritual is simple: a small dose, a deliberate pause, then movement from a clearer centre.
The Three Steps
1) DOSE
Take a small amount first. Let the body read it.
- Start with ¼ dropper
- Build to ½ dropper
- Then 1 full dropper if it suits you
Take it with or after food if you prefer a softer landing.
2) WAIT
Don’t chase sensation. Create space.
Pause for 60–120 seconds.
Breathe through the nose.
Let warmth settle. Let the signal arrive.
3) MOVE WITH INTENT
Then do one thing on purpose.
Walk. Write. Train. Call the shot.
The point is not escape — it’s self-governance.
Timing
FIRRO is flexible. Your timing sets the tone.
- Morning: orient, wake the system, choose the day
- Pre-work / pre-training: sharpen intent, step into action
- Midday: reset, return to centre
- Evening: smaller dose only, if you want warmth without agitation
If you’re sensitive, start earlier in the day and keep the dose smaller.
How it should feel
Think: warmth → steadier breath → clearer centre.
Not a spike. Not a buzz.
A subtle shift in state — repeatable, controllable.
Your dose is the craft
